Casa de las Campanas, an exceptional life plan community located in Rancho Bernardo, has a rare opportunity available for a Senior Living Sales Counselor. In this position, you will work directly with prospects to educate them on the benefits of living at Casa.

A normal day will consist of connecting with prospects via phone and online, in person visits and tours, assisting with on, and offsite marketing events, reviewing prospect applications, reviewing community information with prospects, and working with a great team!

To be a success, you will need proven sales and closing skills, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Previous experience in senior living is highly desired, as is experience working with a leads database. You must be detail oriented and enjoy working with seniors and their families. One Saturday, every month, is required. Ability to pass background checks required by a licensed residential care facility is required.
